HW #13 Complete WDC Ch. 9-12 Response Qs; HW #14 IRP week 5

You should spend a good deal of time reading your independent book, finish if you can. Complete IRP week 5. Use "IRP Weekly Questions" on this blog to get the question and minimum word requirement.

HW #12 Dialogue Journal WDC Ch. 9-12

You must have completed 6 notes on the dialogue journal worksheet to show you have read Chapters 9-10 at least. Anyone who has not completed this will have to answer all of the questions for the reading response.

HW #11 IRP week 3

Spend 1-2 hours reading your independent book this weekend and complete the response for week 3.  See the "IRP Weekly Questions" in the Class Resources section of this blog if you need the question.

HW #10 WDC Ch. 7-8 Response Qs

If you did not complete your Ch. 7-8 Dialogue Journal, you must complete all questions, total of two-pages, typed, double-spaced. If you did turn in your Dialogue Journal, you can choose 6 questions from the different sections to complete a 1-page, typed, double-spaced response.

HW #9 Dialogue Journal WDC Ch. 7-8

Remember to complete the 6 journal notes by tomorrow or you will have additional HW assigned.

HW #8 Read your independent book and complete IRP week 3

You should be spending plenty of time on the weekend reading your independent book. See the "IRP Weekly Questions" link in Class Resources on this blog if you need the question and word requirement.

Your response must be detailed, typed, and double-spaced.

HW #7 WDC Ch. 4-6 Response Qs and study for vocab quiz 1

Choose 6 of the response prompts and provide answers (3-4 detailed sentences per question). Your final response must equal 1, typed and double-spaced page or more. Be sure you are showing you are understanding the reading and being thoughtful about the reading. You must answer at least one question in each of the 4 areas (A, B, C, D).

Anyone who does not have this completed by Thursday will be required to answer ALL of the questions.

ALSO, Study for vocab quiz 1.  It is on Thursday.

HW #6 WDC Dialogue Journal Ch. 4-6

Read Chapters 4-6 and complete at least 6 comments on the Dialogue Journal worksheet.  Anyone who does not have the worksheet completed by Tuesday, will have additional homework due on Thursday.  See the "Worksheet for Dialogue Journals" link under Class Resources on this blog if you need the worksheet.

HW #4 WDC Ch. 1-3 Response Qs

Respond to the attached questions based on this week's reading.

Must complete 6 of the questions--2 questions from each of the 3 sections (total of 1 page, typed):

HW #2: IRP book and week 1 response

Choose and begin reading your new independent book.  Remember it should be a book you have never read, one you will enjoy and can complete in 5 weeks.
